1 Business Entity Proof
Proprietorship ? PAN of Proprietor
Partnership Firm ? Partnership Deed + PAN of Firm
LLP / Private Limited Company ? Certificate of Incorporation + MOA & AOA / LLP Agreement + Company PAN
Trust / Society / NGO (if applicable) ? Registration Certificate + Bye-laws + PAN
2 IEC Certificate
Valid Import Export Code (IEC) issued by DGFT (mandatory for all)
3 Applicant / Authorized Signatory Documents
PAN Card of Authorized Signatory
Aadhaar Card of Authorized Signatory
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) (Class III, generally required for online application)
Board Resolution / Authority Letter (if company/LLP applying through representative)
4 Business Address Proof
Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Telephone Bill (latest, not older than 2 months)
Rent Agreement + NOC from owner (if rented premises)
5 Bank Details
Cancelled Cheque (with printed firm name)
OR
Bank Certificate (on Bank�s letterhead in prescribed format)
6 Other Supporting Documents
GST Registration Certificate (if applicable)
Export Performance details (in some councils, last 3 years export data required if already exporting)
Product details (what commodity/product you are exporting)
Membership Application Form (as per specific Export Promotion Council)
? Key Notes:
RCMC is issued by respective Export Promotion Council (EPC) related to your product/service (eg, Apparel EPC, EEPC India, CHEMEXCIL, etc)
Validity ? 5 years (aligned with Foreign Trade Policy cycle)
Without RCMC ? Export incentives & benefits (from DGFT/Customs) cannot be availed
