1 Trustees / Settlor (Founder) ke Documents
PAN Card of settlor (mandatory)
PAN Card of all trustees
Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License (as ID & Address proof of all trustees)
Passport-size Photographs
Contact details (Mobile number & Email ID)
2 Registered Office Address Proof of Trust
Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Gas Bill (latest, not older than 2 months)
Rent Agreement (if property rented)
NOC (No Objection Certificate) from property owner (if rented property hai)
3 Trust Deed (Main Document)
Minimum 2 trustees required (no maximum limit, but generally 2�21 trustees rakhe jate hain)
Trust Deed should include:
Name & address of the trust
Names, addresses & occupations of trustees and settlor
Objects/purpose of the trust (charitable, educational, medical, religious, etc)
Rules & regulations of the trust
Appointment, removal & powers of trustees
Beneficiaries (public at large)
Manner of maintenance of accounts
Duration of the trust (perpetual or limited)
